I'm looking for an experienced app developer to build a new app using ionic + react + node.js so that it works on mobile and PC.
The app is to be used by teachers and students to learn with help of AI (chatgpt).
I will need to get a quote (cost and timeline) to choose a contractor. It will be a fixed-budget contract.
