As we continue to redefine the engagement with our customers and affiliates, we are on the lookout for a capable developer to help us elevate our service to the next level. This role calls for a mix of skills, specifically in database management, bot development, AI, and UX design. Here's a closer look at the roadmap we've plotted out for this project:
Database Management and Role Separation: To kick things off, we need you to refine our website's database to make a clear distinction between Customers and Affiliates. This would involve creating unique identifiers that could be used in seamless API calls.
Telegram Bot Development: The next step is to create a dynamic Telegram bot using Python or JavaScript. We envision this bot to manage a variety of tasks including handling commands, responding to inline requests, and much more. Knowledge of Telegram's API and bot platform is essential for this role.
Bot Registration & Redirection Logic: After the bot is built, you'll need to register it with our website. This step includes crafting an API that leverages data from our database, identifies users based on their roles as Customers or Affiliates, and redirects them to the relevant Telegram channels.
Automated & Instructive Channels: We're designing separate Telegram channels for our Customers and Affiliates. Your task will involve setting up automated and instructive workflows for each channel. These workflows should incorporate predefined messages or documents that are triggered when users join a channel or enter specific commands.
AI Chatbot Training & Integration: For this part of the project, you'll be required to train an AI chatbot using our service model. Platforms like Dialog flow or Rasa would be appropriate for this purpose. Once the chatbot is trained, it should be integrated with the Telegram bot to enhance our customer support function.
Localization: As we cater to both German and English-speaking clients, localizing the bot will be an integral part of your role. This would mean providing translations for all bot messages, or even creating language-specific channels.
User Interface Design & Testing: You'll be responsible for crafting a user-friendly interface that is compatible across mobile and desktop platforms. After everything is set up, you'll lead a thorough testing phase to ensure that the system is functioning as expected.
Maintenance & Improvement: Lastly, your role will also include post-deployment tasks such as continuous monitoring and system enhancements. This could mean further training the chatbot based on user interactions and updating the channels in line with our evolving business needs.
