I am looking for an experienced developer specializes in Telegram bots to create a simple bot that will instantly copy messages from the channel to channel.
Task Requirements:
1. Instant Copying: Messages must be copied instantly without delays.
3. Support for All Content Types: The bot should support forwarding all types of messages, including text, images, gifs, and videos.
4. Documentation and Instructions: Please provide brief documentation and instructions for setting up and using the bot.
