take an existing sketch up model and edit the floor plan to simplify. and remove one level , make the typical unit have one stairwell and one lift to serve the three floors on each side, instead of the current double up.. this will allow unit widths to reduce from 8m to 7m . following on from this will be the design of an underground carpark.
