Role and Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement strategies for list growth, maximizing the number of engaged and high-quality email subscribers.
– Create compelling offers and promotions to drive customer engagement and increase conversions.
– Manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns, from planning and execution to performance analysis and optimization.
– Build effective sales funnels, both warm and cold, with a focus on re-targeting and personalized segmentation.
– Conduct A/B testing of email content, subject lines, and CTAs to optimize performance.
– Design and implement content templates for various email marketing campaigns to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
– Implement Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) processes to improve the overall effectiveness of email campaigns.
– Utilize performance analytics and data blueprints to gain insights into email marketing performance and make data-driven decisions.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
– Proven experience as an Email Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of email marketing best practices, strategies, and tools.
– Proficiency in email automation platforms and CRM software.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
– Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
– Familiarity with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) techniques.
– High level of creativity and problem-solving abilities.
– Strong project management and organizational skills.
Hourly Range: $15.00-$60.00
