ERISA attorney needed for IRA investment advisory – Upwork
I’m searching for an attorney with ERISA experience who can find a solution to an IRA issue. I’m currently a General Partner of a private investment fund and would like to invest in the fund using my IRA. I will not collect fees from the IRA investment, I would simply like to use the tax advantages of an IRA. A consultation would be helpful to avoid a prohibited transaction.
Hourly Range: $50.00-$150.00
