Seeking an experienced estimator who can read blueprints and provide quantity takes offs for our painting business.
Requirements:
-Minimum of 3 years reading commercial construction blueprints.
-Must be able to do accurate quantity take offs.
-Must be able to provide reasonable turn around time to meet our client bid deadlines.
-All take offs will be entered into itemized excel spreadsheets.
This position will be ongoing as we have a lot of bid requests.
Estimators who show high proficiency will be offered full time contract or employment with increased pay rates.
