Job Summary:
We are looking for a versatile and highly organized individual to join our team as a Social Media Manager and Executive Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence and supporting our executives with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media platforms, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Responsibilities:
Social Media Manager:
– Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic and conversions.
– Create and curate compelling content, including text, images, and videos, for various social media platforms.
– Manage and maintain our social media profiles and presence on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
– Monitor social media channels for customer feedback, industry trends, and competitor activity.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and implement them to optimize campaigns.
– Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to expand reach and achieve marketing objectives.
– Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
– Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly and professionally.
– Build and maintain relationships with influencers and brand advocates to amplify brand reach.

Executive Assistant:
– Provide administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
– Assist in preparing documents, presentations, and reports for executive meetings.
– Manage and prioritize incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and messages.
– Conduct research and compile information as requested by executives.
– Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events.
– Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with utmost discretion.
– Assist in managing executive expenses and budget tracking.
– Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
– Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by executives.

Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Social Media Manager and Executive Assistant, or similar roles.
– Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Excellent customer service skills
– Proficient in content creation and social media management tools.
– Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
– Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
