We are a dynamic fitness technology startup that is revolutionizing the way individuals approach their fitness and health journey. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to join our team and provide essential support to the CEO and executive team.

Responsibilities:

– Manage the CEO's schedule and calendar, coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
– Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and executive team discussions.
– Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining clear and timely communication.
– Conduct research and gather information on various topics to support decision-making and strategic planning.
– Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
– Assist in the preparation and coordination of board meetings, including agenda creation, minutes taking, and follow-up actions.
– Monitor and respond to emails and other forms of communication on behalf of the CEO, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
– Coordinate and oversee special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
– Assist in managing and prioritizing incoming requests, inquiries, and tasks, ensuring they are addressed in a timely manner.
– Provide general administrative support, including managing office supplies, handling correspondence, and maintaining files.

Requirements:

– Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
– Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
– Proficient in using productivity tools and software, including Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management applications.
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
– Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with team members and external contacts.
– Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
– Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
