Experienced Insurance Biller/ Claims Recovery & Reconcilation – Upwork
Looking for someone who is experienced in insurance billing for behavioral health practices to do weekly billing; claims recovery & reconcilation; insurance follow-ups; check the status of prior authorization; copay collections; and revenue management.
You must know how to use EZCLAIM software for claim submission and postings and be willing to follow-up with clients/patients; update systems; and be adept at managing and updating google spreadsheets to track and monitor payments.
You must be well-versed in insurance billing and have prior knowledge and experience on how to navigate insurance portals (Navinet, Optum, Availity, etc) to ensure timely payment for all unpaid claims.
You must be able to self-intiate; work well independently as well as work with a small team to quickly resolve insurance related issues within the practice that may prevent payment.
References need to given
Billing percentage of 4% is the pay structure. Potential for long-term full time work.
Hourly Range: $10.00-$15.00
