We are a dynamic, results-driven real estate team in search of a talented and professional Virtual Assistant (VA) to aid in our lead generation process through cold calling. We are looking for a highly motivated and service-oriented individual who has experience in real estate cold calling and is familiar with Mojo Dialer. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who has a passion for real estate and enjoys connecting with people.
Job Responsibilities:
Making outbound calls to homeowners to determine their interest in selling their properties.
Qualifying potential leads by understanding their needs and timelines.
Documenting and tracking all call interactions using Mojo Dialer.
Delivering high-quality customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor.
Working within the hours of 10 AM to 4 PM Eastern Time.
Preferred Skills:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role.
Previous experience in real estate cold calling.
Knowledgeable and proficient in using Mojo Dialer.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
Reliable internet connection and suitable home working environment.
