Job Description:
As our Email Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing email marketing campaigns that help to increase our firm's visibility, attract prospective clients, and boost our brand reputation. You'll work with our internal team to create a robust and innovative email marketing strategy that effectively communicates our expertise and services to our audience.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement email marketing strategies that promote our firm and its services
Create, edit, and optimize engaging email content that adheres to our brand's voice and style
Manage the entire email campaign process, including design, delivery, and analysis
Implement A/B testing strategies to maximize email campaign performance
Monitor and analyze key metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
Implement list management, segmentation, and tagging strategies to optimize campaign targeting
Collaborate with the team to refine our email marketing strategy based on data insights
Ensure all our email campaigns comply with current email and anti-spam laws
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in email marketing
Proven track record of creating successful email marketing campaigns
Strong understanding of customer segmentation, customer lifecycle management, and KPI metrics
Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Sendinblue, Constant Contact, etc.)
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and experience with email design
Ability to analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights
Strong copywriting and editing skills
Familiarity with laws related to email marketing, including CAN-SPAM
High attention to detail and project management skills
Familiarity with the legal industry, specifically lemon laws, is a plus
