We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Facebook Ad Manager Rockstar to join our team. As a Facebook Ad Manager Rockstar, you will be responsible for creating and executing highly effective Facebook advertising campaigns to promote our brand, drive traffic, and maximize conversions.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic Facebook advertising campaigns to achieve business objectives, such as increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating leads.
Conduct thorough research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform campaign strategies.
Create compelling ad copy, headlines, and visuals that resonate with the target audience and align with our brand voice.
Set up, optimize, and monitor Facebook ad campaigns, including audience targeting, budget management, and bid optimization.
Continuously analyze campaign performance, identify key insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize ad performance and achieve KPIs.
Conduct A/B testing to evaluate ad variations, landing pages, and targeting options to improve campaign effectiveness.
Stay up-to-date with Facebook ad platform updates, new features, and best practices to ensure our campaigns are at the forefront of innovation.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-quality visuals and multimedia content for ads.
Provide regular reports and analysis on campaign performance, including key metrics, trends, and recommendations for improvement.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Facebook Ad Manager or in a similar role, with a successful track record of managing and optimizing Facebook ad campaigns.
In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, including campaign set up, targeting options, tracking, and optimization techniques.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
Excellent understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling ad copy and visuals.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication skills to effectively convey campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
