We need a world-class flutter developer also familiar with other languages to make a state-of-the-art meditation app for us. In particular, the ideal candidate should:
1. Have made many other similar apps in the past with references that we can contact.
2. Have flawless reviews on Upwork (if you have no reviews, please don't apply).
3. Can manage a team and has great leadership abilities.
4. Is a thought leader: We don't need someone who just does what they are told, but rather comes with a lot of ideas, someone ready to do market research and come up with an app prototype idea first and then give us clear timelines on execution.
Hourly Range: $20.00-$100.00
