Free-From Birthday Cake Cookies : Bisco’s

CRAVE is expanding its range of free-from snacks with its first-ever sandwich cookies, Bisco’s, which were inspired by birthday cake. This treat consists of two golden cookies sandwiching an indulgent filling of vanilla cream and sprinkles.

“In the office, we had lots of fun coming up with a name for our first biscuit product,” said Rob Brice, founder of CRAVE,” We toyed with ‘Noreo’, but after our accountant advised us that we don’t have the budget for another lawsuit this year, we settled on Bisco’s.” These circular biscuits are free from the top 14 allergens, all the while being vegan-friendly and gluten-free. These cookies are ready to be enjoyed as they are, twisted open or dunked into a milk alternative for a satisfying snack.
