Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Front-end Software Developer to join our remote team.As an external software developer, you are responsible for designing, developing and maintaining the front-end part of our applications. You will work closely with our backend developers, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.Your role will play a critical part in building our revolutionary system and shaping the future of our company.
Responsibilities:
– Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable front-end side applications using appropriate programming languages and frameworks.
– Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
– Implement and maintain APIs to facilitate seamless data communication between different services.
– Collaborate with the team to analyze requirements, identify technical solutions, and provide accurate estimations for development tasks.
– Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
– Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, continuously enhancing your skills and knowledge in front-end development.
Compensation:
As a Front-end Software Developer at RI Software Company, you will be compensated through our partnership model. We do not offer a traditional salary but instead provide a unique opportunity for partnership and profit sharing.

Qualifications:.
– Proven experience as a Front-end Software Developer
– Strong skills in front-end programming languages (React , TypeScript , Redux) and associated frameworks.
– Knowledge of security best practices and experience implementing security measures in front-end applications.
– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a remote team environment.
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts.

Note: We plan to complete the program in July, after which alpha and beta testing will begin. After that, we aim to enter the market of Ukraine, where we will initially operate. Once we have gained sufficient grounds, we will expand to other markets.
Additional Information:
– This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in the world.
– Working hours are flexible, with an average expectation of approximately 14 hours per week based on task completion.
– Developer meetings are held every Monday, Thursday, and Saturday at 12pm and 12:30pm New York time zone for front-end and back-end developers, respectively.
– Daily reports with 2-3 sentences about the day's activities and a short video demonstration must be submitted by 3pm New York time zone.
