Full Stack Engineer Needed – Upwork
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer to join our dynamic team.
As a Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining our software applications. You will work closely with a talented team of engineers, collaborating on our critical systems’ design, development, and implementation.
We are looking for people who:
Have a strong sense of ownership and urgency in delivering high-quality software solutions and can work autonomously.
Have experience as a lead or have been a strong contributor on a team
Are excellent communicators able to express ideas and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams?
Apply strong problem-solving and debugging skills to identify and resolve software issues efficiently.
Drive and implement test automation strategies to ensure high-quality software products.
Decompose complex tasks and provide accurate estimations to ensure the timely delivery of software projects.
Consistently optimize performance through profiling, tuning, and code optimization techniques.
Design scalable and robust systems that meet the requirements of our growing user base.
Have a solid understanding of system design principles and architectural patterns.
Continuously learn and stay updated with the latest technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
Qualifications
Must have skills:
React, React Native, Typescript, and Next.js
GraphQL
Python and Flask
SQL
Special consideration will be given to applicants skilled in the following:
Infrastructure as code tools in AWS, such as Terraform or Cloudformation
Postgres
Authentication Strategies and Security
HIPAA compliance
Docker and docker-compose
Nice to have skills:
Cloudflare
Apollo GraphQL client
Test automation tools such as Jest and Cypress
Algolia
