Gourmet Thaw-and-eat Tiramisus : Italian Tiramisu

Trader Joe’s has decided to elevate its Tiramisu Torte and replace it with a brand-new Italian Tiramisu product – just in time for the holidays.

Perfect for any holiday gathering, the new Italian Tiramisu is a frozen dessert that tastes like you just whipped it up in your kitchen. The recipe starts with a base of ladyfinger biscuits that have been soaked in a combination of coffee and Marsala wine. The ladyfingers are then topped with a thick layer of mascarpone cheese and finished with a dusting of cocoa powder.

Best of all, the dessert is already finished. All you have to do is thaw it in the refrigerator for a few hours and then serve it up to your guests.
