Graphic Designer/Brand management – Upwork
We understand the power of visual appeal in driving a brand's success. We're seeking a talented, creative, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. Your role will be integral in creating visually appealing and effective designs for our clients, working closely with our consultants, and being an internal champion for branding best practices.
As our Graphic Designer, you will create graphics, illustrations, and layouts for print and digital media, ensuring brand consistency across all designs. You should be comfortable handling multiple requests at once, working across teams, and maintaining a sharp eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
Design and create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for print and digital media
Collaborate with our team of consultants to understand client requirements and create designs that meet their needs
Create and edit marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and email campaigns
Ensure brand consistency across all designs, championing branding best practices within the team
Use design software such as Adobe Creative Suite to create and edit designs
Handle multiple design requests simultaneously, managing time and resources effectively
Requirements:
Proven experience as a graphic designer
Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Familiarity with design for print and digital media
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work during US business hours
Willingness to undergo unpaid training as part of the onboarding process
