The Labrador Company, a Dorset-based company specialising in hand-made, dog-themed clocks, is looking for an experienced and creative Graphic Designer with expertise in creating high-converting ad creatives for Facebook and Instagram. We have a small but passionate team, dedicated to delivering quality, stylish, and timeless products with a fun, dog-centric twist.
Key Responsibilities:
– Design unique, visually compelling ad creatives to be used on Facebook and Instagram.
– Create a few designs each month that are suitable for our target demographic of dog lovers.
– Stay updated with current design trends and the market strategies of our competitors and other eCommerce businesses.
– Use inspiration from our competitors as well as the broader eCommerce landscape to create innovative and high-converting designs.
Required Skills:
– Proven experience in Graphic Design with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to design for digital platforms.
– Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or similar design software.
– A strong understanding of designing ad creatives for Facebook and Instagram.
– Excellent attention to detail, and a strong understanding of colour, composition, and typography.
– Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate them into effective graphic designs.
– Knowledge of the current social media trends and design best practices.
