Help fix issues with a Telegram bot – Upwork
I have a telegram bot (hosted on Digital Ocean) that has a glitch, which I am looking to fix. Below is a video in RUSSIAN describing the issue (which was recorded for someone else, who ended up not taking on this job), but in a nut-shell, the bot has been fully setup using a template, but is not sending messages past day 1
