Hot Springs Resort Re-branding – Upwork
Hot Springs are a globally recognized industry with an attention to wellness, community, and relaxation. As a historic hot springs resort in the United States, it is time for our name and brand to get updated to reflect these values.
The official name of our hot springs on the geothermal reports is "Hot Lake Springs"
Priorities:
1.) We are looking to make "Hot Lake Springs" a recognizable brand of by itself as a hot spring. This means making the words "Hot Lake Springs" clear that it is related to being a hot spring.
2.) We have other amenities like a lodge, spa, RV resort, and movie theater. One option it seems would be to have these amenities attach to "Hot Lake Springs" as add -on. For example:
– Hot Lake Springs Lodge or The Lodge at Hot Lake Springs
– Hot Lake Springs Spa or The Spa at Hot Lake Springs
– Hot Lake Springs RV Resort
– Hot Lake Springs Resort or Hot Lake Springs Resort and Spa
The use of the logo as just "Hot Lake Springs" if done intentionally, could be the reference to our hot springs soaking experience. Then with the other amenities added, it would be clear these are part of the resort.
3.) The focus needs to be on wellness, community, and relaxing. These pools are not recreational swimming pools with water slides, screaming kids, or chlorinated water. These are natural soaking pools meant to relax and improve wellness.
4.) The international logo for hot springs is used by several companies around the world. I am not interested in co-opting that international symbol. You are welcome to modify it, if you think you can create a very unique version that embodies wellness and relaxation.
5.) A low priority is given to trying new names. We are open to names that are relevant to the location, history, and native use. If you think you have a creative name that you are excited to share, please do.
We will be hiring several people to pursue this endeavor, so please help us understand your previous work, successes, and goals.
