BOT MONITORING PROJECT
I need a python bot that will monitor two different threads.

Each thread has several messages.
The aim is to be alerted IN REAL TIME via telegram each time a message containing a URL is published on one of these pages, and to have a global overview containing as much information as possible in a single notification.
I also need to receive notifications coming from a discord server i am member of and sent to my personnal discord server or to telegram channel.
The job is open to new freelancers that need a good review
