‘handpresso,’ a company most known for creating compact, portable espresso makers and coffeemaking solutions, released the ‘Handcoffee Auto 12V,’ a coffee maker designed to work directly in a vehicle’s cupholder. This coffee maker draws power from a vehicle’s 12-volt lighter socket, or from a USB port, if the car does not have a lighter plug.

The Handcoffee Auto 12V is capable of making only standard coffee with ‘Senseo’ pods. However, users can refill Senseo pods themselves to save on costs downstream. Additionally, while this specific coffee maker does not make espresso-based drinks, handpresso offers numerous solutions for creating espresso drinks on the go.
