Lay out and format a receipt form (8.5 inches by 3.66 inches), according to the markups and specs on the attached image, in InDesign to prepare to send to printers. Able to complete within 1-2 days as quick turnaround is needed.
Need to be willing to make minor revisions and edit after initial reviews.
