I have developed a application in flutter that is a competitor to

I got stuck at export video funtionality which should work simmilar to the competior link that i shared above.
What is needed ? The app has to record in high quality a view(canvas) that has animations and videos on it up to 1 minute.
I tried making screenshots of the frame at 60 fps. And then merge the frames with a ffmpeg command into a video.
The problem: works very slow and only with very short videos because
The issue is that 60 frames pers second * 60 seconds = 3600 frames that has to be high quality and the phone is not able to handle it.
I tried also to record the entire screen. The problem is that is asking for permissions. And i have to crop it in the end because it records the entire screen.
Ideal behaviour would be to only record a specific view without asking for permisions.
Proof of concept would be ideal in flutter but is ok on android or ios native.
I need somebody that is highly skilled and had experienced with a similar task. Video compresion experience required.
