have a Laravel Command written and ready to loop the API in order to delete messages older than a given time.
The problem I'm facing is finding a way to generate a token with the permissions required to delete messages (from other users, really important).
I know this is either with `chart:write:user` or `chat:write:bot`, or with an admin token, but I can't find where is this generated.
I'll provide the working Command in Laravel, and your job is to figure out a way to generate this token and document it.
A proof of work form your side will be required.
