Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist for Web Design Services

Job Description:

Our rapidly growing website design company is looking to hire a Lead Generation Specialist who can contribute to our team's success by finding potential clients, contacting them through various methods, and booking an appointment for a Zoom meeting. This position is commission-based, where you'll earn $31 for every appointment that you successfully book. Responsibilities:

1. Prospecting: Research, identify, and generate leads for potential clients interested in our web design services. This could involve online research or other innovative methods to locate potential clients.
2. Initial Contact: Engage with potential clients through cold calling, emailing, or other forms of communication. Your goal is to pique their interest in our services, effectively communicate the value we can provide, and address any initial questions or concerns they might have.
3. Appointment Scheduling: Schedule a Zoom meeting between potential clients and our sales team. You'll do this by using a Calendly link, ensuring that appointments fit within the existing schedule and are convenient for both parties.
4. Once appointment is booked, you are done! $$$
5. Record Keeping: Maintain short notes on leads and communications (just their name phone number and what they said or notes about them) Using a google spreadsheet.

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
2. Experience with lead generation and prospecting.
4. Ability to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client.
5. Knowledge of CRM software and telephone systems.
6. A high degree of self-motivation and drive.
7. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience is a plus.
9. Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.
10. Knowledge of website design industry is preferred but not required.

Payment Structure:

This role is commission-based. The successful candidate will receive a commission of $31 per successfully booked appointment. There is no cap on the number of appointments you can book up until $300 to start (open to long term contract if successful), giving you excellent earning potential!
