We are looking for an experienced lead generation/ appointment setter for one of our clients in a Real Estate agency in Australia.
Your Role:
•Reconfirming details from database
•Generating leads/sales from database of clients interested in selling property and keeping record of prospect conversations in database
•Appointment setting and booking in Calendly for director
•Updating clients with current market conditions
•Updating clients with house sales within the area
*Understanding if they would be open to selling their property
•Offering free appraisals for their property
•Persistent in contacting prospects
•Learning company sales scripts and price guides
•Contacting warm leads via email marketing
Essential Requirements For This Role:
•Can highlight key sales achievements with proven real estate appointment results in previous roles. Verified through employer references.
•Must have excellent communication and comprehension skills with a fluency in the English language.
•Previous experience as a Lead Generator/Appointment Setter for a Real Estate Agency
•Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
•Results-driven achieving a KPI of 3 appointments minimum per 50 calls
•Previous experience using RP data core logic in real estate
•Experience with utilising Microsoft excel as a database
This role is 3 hours per day Monday to Friday, can be done in morning or afternoon Sydney time but hours need to be consecutive. This role may have opportunity to have more hours if the candidate succeeds in the role.
