Lead Scraping Freelancer for Venue Hire Niche – Upwork
Job Description:
We are looking for a Lead Scraping Freelancer with excellent English communication skills to conduct a trial for us. The trial will involve gathering information on 50 leads within the venue hire niche, focusing on cocktail lounges, nightclubs, popular rooftop bars, and popular beer gardens in Australia. If successful, this will lead to ongoing work for the coming months.
Requirements:
– Target Niche: Venue Hire
– Types of Venues: Cocktail lounges, Nightclubs, popular rooftop bars, popular beer gardens
– Number of Venues: Companies with a minimum of 3 venues
– Website Feature: They must have an inquiry/appointment booking feature on their website
– Popularity: Focus on popular venues known for their events and gatherings
– Location: Companies located in Australia
– LinkedIn: Include the LinkedIn profiles of the companies if available
– Data Gathering: Must gather and add to a Google Spreadsheet the following information: Decision maker's first and last name, website, company name, email, and LinkedIn.
– Language Skills: Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
Responsibilities:
– Conduct web scraping and research to identify 50 potential leads in the specified niche and location as part of the trial.
– Gather and add decision makers' first and last names, websites, company names, emails, and LinkedIn profiles to a Google Spreadsheet.
– Ensure accuracy and completeness of lead information in the spreadsheet.
– Maintain a well-organised database of leads for easy reference and tracking.
– Collaborate with the team, providing clear and effective communication in English.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in web scraping and lead generation.
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
– Familiarity with online research tools and techniques.
– Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Note: This is a trial position involving 50 leads initially, if the leads meet the said requirements ongoing work for the coming months can commence.
Hourly Range: $7.00-$13.00
