We are looking for support for site visit and negotiation with a Lahore-based company who has defaulted its payment obligation with our Client. The first part of the task is relatively straightforward: You will be given the company's identity and address at Lahore. Please visit the company, check whether they are still in operation, and take pictures according to our specification.
If the company is not found or no longer operational, we request you to interview several local residents (neighbors, local security officer, etc.) to find some information on the company – specifically their current whereabout, when the company stopped operating, etc.
If the company is found to be operational, we would request you to deliver a letter and set up a virtual meeting between the company and us. Depending on the company representative's English level, it is possible we would require your assistance as an interpreter.
Depending on your qualification, we may also request you to fully represent us in the negotiation with the Lahore company. In this case, we would provide a more specific instruction to you as the situation requires.
Considering the situation, we encourage both entry-level and intermediate-level freelancer to apply, provided that your English proficiency are either fluent or native/bilingual. Legal background would be preferable, but not absolutely required. Further assignments are very likely in the near future as we have several similar situations with Pakistani companies.

Hourly Range: $10.00-$20.00
