Marketing Collateral Designer – Upwork
We are seeking a talented and creative Marketing Collateral Designer who can help us design a monthly publication showcasing employee engagement opportunities and DE&I (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) activities that we have put together.
Your objective will be to create visually appealing and persuasive marketing collateral (using content that we have put together) that encourages potential companies to sign up for our services. Your designs will play a crucial role in attracting and engaging our target audience, highlighting the value of our offerings and promoting a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities:
1. Design and layout: Develop visually compelling and professional designs for a monthly publication.
2. Execute ideas: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts that effectively communicate our offerings.
3. Content integration: Work closely with the content team to ensure the seamless integration of written content with visual elements. Incorporate engaging imagery, graphics, and typography that enhance the overall impact of the collateral.
4. Brand consistency: Maintain brand guidelines and ensure that all designs align with our brand identity. Create a cohesive and consistent look and feel across all marketing collateral.
5. Revision and feedback: Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to improve the quality and effectiveness of the collateral.
Qualifications:
– A portfolio demonstrating strong design skills and a keen eye for aesthetics.
– Proficiency in graphic design software.
– Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
– Creativity and ability to think outside the box while maintaining brand guidelines.
– Knowledge of current design trends and best practices.
– Experience in creating marketing collateral, preferably in the field of employee engagement, corporate social responsibility, or DE&I. (plus)
Hourly Range: $15.00-$30.00
