Men’s Mental Health Services : Mental Health Services

Rocky Health is the first digital platform in Canada to offer mental health services specifically for men and it’s on a mission to empower men to take better care of themselves and destigmatize the barriers that prevent men from tending to their mental health. Rocky provides free and confidential consultations, as well as one-on-one support from licensed healthcare professionals.

A survey conducted on Rocky’s behalf shows that “43% of 18-34-year-old men are too embarrassed to talk openly with anyone, even their partner or doctor, about their mental health, compared to 34% of men aged 35-54 and 25% of men aged 55+.”

These mental health services help to eliminate long wait times and in-person doctor visits since prescriptions are delivered within 24 hours across the GTA, and 72 hours throughout Canada, from Rocky’s certified Canadian pharmacy.
