How would you like to apply your super awesome digital advertising skills to the world of craft beer!?
Get Hoptimized is an agency designed specifically for craft beer businesses. We offer a range of services, much of which is centered around social media and Google advertising.
We are looking for someone to be able to jump in and be immediately impactful. You'll be running our strategies at first, but we'd love to have you evolve them over time.
This is a white label gig – meaning that you'll be working behind the scenes for our agency.
We do a lot of work with Meta Ads (FB and IG). Recently, we've taken on some bigger accounts for Google Paid search, display, and YouTube. We'd really like to evolve into TikTok ads too.
The ideal candidate should have expertise in Facebook ads, navigating the Meta business suite, keyword research, Google Paid Search, Google Display and YouTube ads, TikTok ads, and keyword research. It's also important to understand how to set up Google Tag Manager, integrate analytics and pixels, and ensure that data is being tracked properly within ad accounts.
The project is expected to last for 3 to 6 months. We are expecting to grow this position to eventually be a full time job – the timeline on that full time position is unknown at this point.
We'll ask that you work from within our task management system – ClickUp. If you're familiar, that is helpful.
Scope is probably about $1000-$2000/mo right now. Expected to scale up over the next few months as we have several more accounts in the pipeline waiting to be closed.

BIG bonus if you have experience in craft beer or alcohol marketing. We'd even consider it a bonus if you know about beer. There is a lot of terminology that comes with this industry – knowing some of that terminology will help a lot.

Hourly Range: $28.00-$60.00
