Need full time Power BI Freelancer – Upwork
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
Design and develop Power BI reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
Create data models and optimize data structures to enable efficient data analysis.
Implement data transformations, calculations, and data cleansing processes.
Develop ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to integrate data from various sources.
Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Monitor and troubleshoot Power BI solutions to ensure data accuracy and performance.
Collaborate with database administrators and data engineers to ensure data integrity and availability.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Power BI features and industry best practices.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members and end-users.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or similar role.
Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power Query, DAX, and M query languages.
Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and data visualization principles.
Experience in developing complex Power BI reports and dashboards.
Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL concepts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet project deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft Power BI certification.
Experience with Azure data services, such as Azure Data Factory and Azure SQL Database.
Knowledge of other BI tools and technologies.
