We, at Bright Solutions, offer Virtual Team as a Service. We help our clients with processes, workflows, and tools that enable them to start working successfully with virtual teams. We also find people for them.
We're seeking an experienced React Native developer to work on our client's project.
📝About the project and our client:
The client is a news agency dedicated to the German-speaking minority of Denmark.
We need to perform an audit of an existing mobile app and implement performance fixes along with updating and implementing new features in high quality.
The current app has performance and quality issues, so we can't invoice to the fullest extent, leading to a loss of money.

🧑💻Technologies used are:
React Native for the Mobile App
Drupal for Main Website – an API is used for the seamless transfer to the Mobile App
🙋♂️Team:
There is a team already. More details will be provided later on
⌚Engagement: 10 hrs/week.
⌚Duration: Ongoing engagement
Starting date: Asap
– ⚠️Must-haves:
Sophisticated React Native skills
Audit Experience
Time Management (we have a response time of 4 hours – currently it happens from time to time that the dev doesn't respond for days)
Performance knowledge and how to improve it (the current app has instances that load for 6 seconds)
To be available at 8 AM CET (German time) for standup and be available to work during regular German working hours.
📒Notes:
We are only looking to work with an individual freelancer who would need to pass our assessments (soft and hard skills). You would have direct communication with our client and us therefore we are not working with a middleman (PM, agency owner, etc.).
You'd also need to sign an NDA to get more info about the project/client.
