Bot needs to communicate with Users via Telegram.

Bot can understand human interaction regarding any travel request and serve it properly.

All the communications with every customer has to be recorded and presented in the DB and some simple Admin panel for supervisor real time review.

First bot needs to understand what type of request user sent and then based on the type of request bot will communicate. Then bot understand all the details of the request (like all the flight search requests – city destinations from and to, dates from and to, number of passengers, cabin class (economy, business). And then bot needs to show search results and help to make reservation.

We need to be able to update all the presets of the communication with OpenAI to fine tune all the prompts (system and user prompts).
