Pandan Jelly Ice Creams : pandan playground

Pandan Playground is a unique ice cream flavor that was created by Morgenstern’s Finest Ice Cream in collaboration with Singapore Tourism Board. It is inspired by the pandan cake, a popular dessert in Singapore that is made with pandan leaves, coconut milk, and eggs. The Pandan Playground ice cream has a light green color and a fragrant aroma from the pandan extract and pandan rice jelly. It also contains a coconut ice cream base and Gula Melaka Palm Sugar Syrup which has a similar flavor to vanilla.

The Pandan Playground ice cream is part of a limited-edition collection of Singapore-inspired flavors that Morgenstern’s Finest Ice Cream launched in July 2023. The collection aims to celebrate the culture and cuisine of Singapore, as well as to promote the country as a travel destination for Americans. The other flavors in the collection include Chili Crab, Kaya Toast, and Kopi-O. The Pandan Playground ice cream is available at all Morgenstern’s Finest Ice Cream locations in New York City until December 31, 2023.
