Part time excel data entry assistant needed, preferably with accounting, bookkeeping background – Upwork
I have on-ff excel task, this task is all about updating right bookkeeping account next to each bank transaction in the bank statements, then preparing the excel upload template to QBO (QuickBooks online):
1. I will provide you with the bank statements in excel format.
2. I will also be with you, providing you with all the required insights, excel shortcuts & formulas you need to complete this task fast.
3. I have done this task for my clients & now want to outsource it to someone good in excel & have basic bookkeeping understanding.
4. you should be fast in excel, familiar with V-lookup, date formatting, text to column, sorting & re sorting, sumifs, subtotalling, pivot tables.
Finally, I am CPA and I have monthly repeating tasks like this, if you proven to be reliable and fast we will be shaking hands on ongoing basis.
You will find me flexible and always there to coach you and help you in case you faced any obstacles
Hourly Range: $5.00-$20.00
