PCB Designer (Enclosure Design Knowledge a Plus) – Upwork
Overview:
We are looking for an experienced PCB designer to create a custom PCB for our electronic device. A rough schematic will be provided, which will serve as a basis for the final PCB design. Enclosure design knowledge is a plus but not mandatory. This is a short-term project with specific hardware requirements.
Requirements:
PCB Design: Proven experience in PCB design, including proficiency with relevant software tools.
Schematic Utilization: Ability to work with a rough schematic indicating component connections
and pinouts.
Component Integration: Skill in integrating the following components into the PCB:
-Two nRF5340 chipsets with their own antennas.
-One SD card connector (128 GB) for data storage.
-Five multicolor LEDs for device status indication.
-Four buttons.
-3.5 mm audio connector.
-USB connector for LiPo battery charging.
-Cirrus Logic’s CS47L63 Audio DSP
Responsibilities:
-Collaborate with our team to understand the project requirements.
-Utilize the provided rough schematic to design the PCB.
-Ensure proper integration of all specified components.
-Design the PCB layout for optimal functionality and reliability.
Qualifications:
-Demonstrated experience in PCB design.
-Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
-Strong attention to detail.
-Enclosure design knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.
Deliverables:
-Design Files such as original design files of the Altium designer —project files etc.
-PCB Gerber Files
-Bill of Materials (BOM)
-PCBA (PCB Assembly) Files
-3D PCB Model (not required but a plus)
*Please share quotation when sharing the proposal.
-It is preferred to get fixed price for the whole project work
-If you charge hourly then please give us a rough estimate of hours needed to finish the project work.
