Petition for a Writ of Mandamus – Upwork
My I-130 Priority date is February 28th, 2017 and is not yet approved. The I-485, adjustment of status has been pending for two years is not going anywhere either. I believe i can sue the government now. i need someone who can write the Writ of Mandamus. i also need a step by step suggestion how to do it. I will Not Take your suggestions as A Legal Advice, therefore You Will NOT Be Liable for any action i may take.
