Pho Get About It is a rum-based beverage that’s prepared by infusing Plantation rum with herbs and spices like star anise, cinnamon, coriander, fennel, cloves and cardamom, and then shaking the pho-infused rum with cilantro-basil rice milk syrup and zesty lime. “A lot of people mastered classic cocktails at home during the pandemic lockdowns,” Project Gigglewater owner Alfred Siu revealed to Toronto Life, “Now, bars have to innovate to keep things interesting.”
