We are looking for a highly skilled and gentle phone sales representative to join our foreclosure surplus agency. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be able to deal with elderly people with great care.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to explain our foreclosure surplus services and how we can assist them.
Handle incoming calls from potential clients and provide them with accurate information about our services.
Build a rapport with clients and listen attentively to their needs.
Identify client needs and tailor our services to meet their requirements.
Maintain an accurate record of all interactions with clients in our CRM system.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience in phone sales and customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and ability to deal with elderly people.
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
Ability to listen attentively and identify client needs.
Proficient in using a CRM system and MS Office tools.
