Photo realistic, virtual remodel of a 1. kitchen/familyroom area and also an entryway. – Upwork
I have a home I'm selling, where the kitchen and family room are not connected / open. I'd like someone with a great design eye, to create a photo realistic remodel of what it could look like if we removed a wall, and remodeled the entire, kitchen dining and family room area into a more open concept. NOTE: There is a fireplace in-between the 2 rooms that I want to incorporate. I'l provide pictures of the look/feel I'm after.. but I'm pretty flexible. This is just to show buyers the POTENTIAL.. not as an actual plan.
ALSO.. same thing with an entry way.. its currently a low ceiling, straight stairway.. I want someone to redesign it, open the ceiling up, and create a better entry way feel. more dramatic.
These 2 areas should have multiple pictures, from different angles.. so buyers can experience the potenaial.
I will provide you floor plans, and current pictures.. so you can see what we are starting with . I'll also provide a virtual 3D walk through of the home.. so you can move around internally and that should help.
IMPORTANT: preference will be given to someone who can start NOW, and turn this around fast. I don't really need 3D model of the entire home.. ok? just these 2 rooms. if we do end up modeling the whole exterior.. I'll use you again for that.
I have 4 or 5 of these jobs a year.. I'd like to find someone I can trust.. that works fast.
BID the total amount.. please. not per hour. I have no idea how fast you work.. or how slow.
