Pocket-Sized SSD Enclosures : dockcase pocket 2230

Dockcase announced its latest Kickstarter campaign, this time for its upcoming Dockcase Pocket 2230 SSD enclosure. This enclosure fits only 2230 M.2 NVMe SSDs, which are the smaller, more portable size when compared to the standard 2280 SSD.

This makes the device even more compact and pocket-sized without compromising on speed or capacity, as it supports SSDs of up to 2TB. As for the unique features of this enclosure, there is a screen on the front of the device that displays important information, such as the SSD health, current transfer and write speeds, the current connectivity mode, the security level, and more. Dockcase states that the enclosure is capable of transferring up to 10Gbps, which is more than enough for most portable devices, such as cameras or iPhones.
