7.Will need to have API integrations to work with any channels like Facebook Messenger / Instagram Messenger / WhatsApp / Telegram / Website Chat / etc
8. Customise Rocket Chat with rebranding
9. Integrate with RASA for a smooth handover from BoT to Agent
10. The final outcome should be one installation that can be replicated easily
11. Build a voice assistant with open source
