Joolca is a fast-growing e-commerce startup founded by engineering student Maciek Slodyczka. Our small Melbourne-based company centres on a single idea: what if people could enjoy indoor comforts outdoors – no matter where they are?
Our flagship product, the HOTTAP, is the world’s most compact, simple-to-use, portable water heater and has attracted tens of thousands of enthusiastic customers. In the past seven years, we have gone from concept to selling in Australia, New Zealand, USA, UK, and Canada.
Now we are looking for a talented, enthusiastic Relationship Manager to join our team! This individual will be responsible for the following:
– Managing inbound leads from content creators to welcome them as a brand ambassadors
– Liaising with ambassadors on content production, ensuring they meet our guidelines
– Organising payments to ambassadors for completed work
– Performing outreach to content creators and have them join as an ambassador
– Work to expand our PR contact list and find opportunities for media coverage
– Other adhoc related duties to the above
This is a varied, dynamic role working with content creators and the media for a five star brand in Joolca! As you will be representing our brand, we're looking for someone who can bring the same type of energy as us!
