Returning Supersized Sandwiches : double big mac

McDonald’s announced that it is bringing back its previous fan-favorite supersized burger, the ‘Double Big Mac’ for a limited time. Originally released in many regions in 2020, the burger is essentially the same as the iconic Big Mac sandwich but with two extra beef patties. The Double Big Mac is making its limited return on January 24th at participating restaurant locations across North America.

The Big Mac includes a sesame seed bun with a middle layer, minced onions, shredded lettuce, two slices of cheese, two pickles, and McDonald’s iconic Mac Sauce. The Double Big Mac follows this same recipe but with two extra patties and an additional slice of cheese. The price of the sandwich may vary by region and individual restaurant locations.
