Sales Managers needed urgently – Upwork
We need sales managers in educational industry, Pharmaceutical industry and recruitment industry. The candidate should have experience atleast 5-6 years experience as a sales manager. The candidate also know closing the sales on daily basis and should have experience dealing with 5 figures sales.
This is a 4 week assignment which include week 1 for training and familiarization with systems and
interfaces. Next 3 weeks are dedicated to assignment which is to reach and complete sales target.
Week 1 Training:
1. Training include class room session to give complete product and sales strategy understanding.
2. Familiarization with process and tools like Bitrix CRM as main database as well as Zadarma
Dialer for calling.
3. Understanding upon preparing quotes as well as converting indicative budgets into orders.
4. Getting clarity upon up selling and up scaling of an order.
Week 2, 3 & 4 Assignment:
Assignment Target:
1. As sales manager it is to require to complete sales target of on boarding 300 institutes using all
sales under your responsibility.
2. In time of 3 weeks in order to complete the assignment 300 institutes need to be contracted
with a minimum budget of EUR 10,000/-.
3. Supporting sales executive to reach their target, also providing specific support on key accounts
i.e., universities with higher budgets.
4. You will ensure that you provide proper resource allocation and forecasting method in order to
reach mention target before stipulated deadline.
5. Insure timely intervention to optimize the targeted outcomes.
Schedule will be as follow:
1. Scrum meeting of sales team 7 AM to 9 AM
2. Calling hours are 9 AM to 12 PM and 2 PM to 4 PM.
3. Daily nesting meeting happen at 1 PM to 2 PM.
4. All timings are followed by CET timing i.e., GMT +1.
5. Working days will be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Payment Plan:
1. Hourly rate for training in 1st week $5 i.e., for 50 hours of training $50.
2. Remuneration as per target of 300 institute upon reached a total of $1200.
3. 0.4% commission on orders of EUR 10,000/- & 0.6% commission for the orders which are more
than EUR 10,000/-
4. Amount of commission will be released after 15 days of invoice to be landed in companies
account.
5. If requested to conduct sales training of a new badge $9 per hour will be paid.
Note: If you are failed to complete target with in due time pro-rata payment would be applied on
completed orders
