We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Representative/Account Executive to join our team. As a Sales Rep/Account Exec, you will be responsible for the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, as well as managing and nurturing client accounts. Your ability to build strong relationships, effectively communicate the value of our SMMA services, and provide exceptional customer service will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities:

-Generate leads and identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and social media engagement.
-Conduct thorough research on target industries and businesses to understand their needs and pain points, and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
-Initiate contact with leads, present our SMMA services, and provide customized solutions to address their specific business challenges.
-Manage the entire sales cycle, including negotiation, proposal development, contract signing, and closing deals to achieve revenue targets.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact and providing ongoing support and guidance.
Actively manage client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, identifying upselling opportunities, and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
-Collaborate with the team to develop sales strategies, marketing materials, and promotional campaigns to generate new business and expand our client base.
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to effectively position our services and differentiate from competitors.

Skills and Qualifications:

-Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the digital marketing or advertising industry.
-Strong prospecting and lead generation skills, with the ability to identify and qualify potential clients.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively convey the value of our SMMA services and close deals.
-Ability to manage the complete sales cycle independently, from lead generation to deal closure.
-Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust and credibility with clients.
-Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
-Proficient in using CRM systems and sales tools to track leads, manage pipeline, and report sales activities.
-Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing client needs and market dynamics.
-Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Remuneration:

You will be paid from 500-1000$ per client you sign and receive commission based on performance. This position is flexible and allows you to choose your own workload. Assuming you can sign 3 clients every month, after 3 months you would be making 4500-9000$ every month, for as long as the clients stay part of your portfolio.
Please note that this position is fully commission based.
